Middle School

If Anchor Youth Ministry is a water park, Middle School Small Groups are the shallow end, a place where people can practice their swimming skills while still being able to stand. 6th grade classes discuss scripture, 7th grade classes discuss the Catechism, and 8th Grade classes explore Catholic Social teaching. After the discussion, the small groups play a game that reinforces the topic.
Middle School Small groups meet at St. Thomas Aquinas from 6-7:15 PM and at St. Cecilia from 7:30-8:45 PM. To make things easier on our families, Anchor Youth Ministry will offer Open Gym both before and after Middle School Small groups and Middle School Fun Nights at St. Cecilia, running from 6:45-7:30 PM and 8:45-9:00 PM.
